A Finnish SME is looking for a European SME specialised in AI and Machine Learning to apply for the next EUROSTARS funding call in September 2024. Ideal partner would have previous EU funding experience and be active in the financial services and fintech space.

The objective of the project is to develop an AI-driven cross-border syndication platform, allowing early-stage investors to jointly make investments online all over Europe. Though algorithm integration and automation, the platform will:

1. Bring together in one place European early-stage investors such as business angels, angel syndicates and high-net-worth individuals, helping them share insights, opportunities, and best practices across the startup ecosystem.

2. Compare fundraising data of startups against the deal criteria of investors, automatically make personalised intros and match investors to qualified startups on the basis of advanced filters e.g. round size, technology, geography, KPIs, etc even before opening their decks.

3. Help investors perform due diligence, automate portfolio management, fund structuring, and ultimately co-invest into the startups.

4. Integrate with current investors tools (e.g. crunchbase, dealroom, gust, pitchbook etc) and open access to investors and startups for third party service providers (financial advisors, professional fundraisers, share issuing lawyers etc) via APIs.
